Clubbing TV

Project Description

Paris (France). Located in Paris, France Clubbing TV has chosen SI media as the major supplier of the Hardware and Software for on air broadcasting of its playlist in PAL format Full HD 720p50.
The installation includes two locations: Playout server is installed in Paris downtown area and playlist preparation system is running in Paris suburbs.
The devices involved in the installation support a new workflow based on files only, directly linking the post-production to the playout. Transfer of the edited material to the video server for broadcasting reduces drastically the time of ‘delivery’.
Except playout (MediaPlay) SI media provides traffic management system (MediaList) and device control module(MediaDevice). MediaCG is used to insert station logo and static and animated graphics associated with music clips of the playlist.
Clubbing TV playout uses 2 separate output signals, provided by SI Media system: SDI HD and SDI SD, the second of them obtained from the hardware down-scaling executed runtime by the decoder board. Both signals are used by the broadcaster for different type of transmission.
