Building upon our standard Broadcast Management System, BMS SPORT has been adapted to meet the unique demands of sports event broadcasting. This specialized version incorporates features specifically designed to meet our customer needs, including ad-hoc enhancements requested during the development and implementation phases.
• Rights-Driven Programming: Program creation is directly linked to acquired rights, ensuring all content aligns with legal permissions. Daily schedules are constructed exclusively using programs associated with valid rights, preventing unauthorized broadcasts.
• Transmission Records: Maintaining comprehensive records of all transmissions for legal, compliance, and historical purposes.
Key enhancements also include complex analytics for rights verification and transmissibility, and post-transmission analysis and reporting.
Sports advertising within the SI Media system is strategically integrated with the core programming schedule. Advertising contracts define the type and quantity of commercials, with quantities linked to specific time periods that consider the associated programs and their rules. The system automates schedule generation, manages agent commissions, and integrates with third-party billing. Real-time tracking ensures accurate ad delivery records. Crucially, the system dynamically adjusts schedules in response to unexpected events, such as match cancellations, ensuring alignment between advertising and program content.
The Schedule view provides daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, enabling quick replication of recurring program structures for streamlined scheduling. The advanced selection is enhanced with automated template generation. This can automate the creation of program structures based on detailed rules and regulations. In addition, intelligent scheduling algorithms can manage multi-contract optimization for live broadcasts acquired through multiple contracts, or automate program rotations based on group affiliations, ensuring fair and equitable airtime allocation. To manage different sports events simultaneously, it is useful to manage them in different channels. Multichannel scheduling facilitates efficient planning across multiple outputs and enables quick comparison of different scheduling options.
